A Journey Into Africa’s Heritage

- Our legacy

The history of coffee begins in Africa. Long before the world tasted its first cup, the story was already alive in the highlands of Ethiopia. From that moment, coffee grew from an African discovery into an African tradition.

Communities roasted beans over open fires, brewed them with ceremony, and shared them during conversations, negotiations, celebrations, and quiet moments. Coffee became part of our rhythm — a way to gather, connect, and honor one another.

As coffee spread from Ethiopia into Yemen and eventually across the world, Africa remained at the heart of its identity. Countries like Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda developed their own flavor profiles, cultivation methods, and cultural rituals. Each region added a new voice to the same story — rich soil, careful hands, and a deep sense of heritage.

Africa didn’t just give the world coffee.
Africa gave the world the meaning of coffee — connection, community, and hospitality.
